5 Things I Want To Help My Audience With

My blog exists to help busy moms find joy and balance in their every day. I know that when you chunk down your tasks- whether it’s your self care, learning a new skill, connecting with your kids or living a healthier lifestyle- you can actually make huge waves in just ten minutes time slices. I do believe that moms can have it all- they just need to discover what that “all” really means to them without the outside influence of family, society and the media.

Let me break it down.

  1. Empower you to live a life that you truly desire

I am here to cheer you on, give you full permission to be authentically you and help you dig a little deeper. When I became a mom, I didn’t realize how much of my life I was living based on my perceived ideas of how I thought I should behave according to my family, society, my perfectionist tendencies… the list goes on. Every step I continue to take on the path of being 100% me, the more empowered, fulfilled and excited I feel.

So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, a little foggy on who you are without the title of mom or you’re not living at your full potential, I am here to remind you of how phenomenally capable and worthy you are.

  1. Provide easy to follow guides to make change simple

Change is often difficult at first and messy in the middle but it is so gorgeous on the other side. I first heard that from a dear friend and mentor who was quoting Robin Sharma. I use it as a reminder to help me push through the discomfort of change and I encourage you to do the same. You will find 3 main categories broken down in simplified topics so you can choose an area to work on improving and start implementing these changes right away! After speaking with hundreds of mamas, the same topics come up again and again- Wellness, Mindset and Family and it’s my intention to give you bite sized bits that you can use but won’t feel like it’s adding another thing to an already full plate.

  1. Recommend the best books, resources and tools

Throughout my posts, I will share some of my favourite recommendations that I have personally used. Everything from my favourite books to supplements or even events. Everything that will help you save time, put your priorities first and help you feel amazing!

  1. Help moms prioritize and feel confident in their choices

We all have the same 24 hours in a day but sometimes it seems like there’s never enough time. Between work, household chores, kid’s activities, keeping connection in your relationship, friends, kid’s school work- and everything else- the To-Do List seems never ending. The top reason that moms have told me that they don’t do (selfcare/passions/hobbies/take better care of themselves/insert your own here lol) is because they don’t have time. Well friends, you can’t pour from an empty cup so stick around! You can expect tips and strategies on how you can uncover your true values, set boundaries and create days that you enjoy while uncovering the time that you thought you didn’t have.

  1. Write a weekly blog post to help moms on their journey

Every week, I will deliver practical helpful advice to enhance an area of your life while letting go of the parts that are no longer serving you. It is my hope to become your virtual cheerleader, coach and friend. You can expect practical advice, honest stories and tangible tips that you can begin to implement right away.

Parting words…

You are here for a reason! There is a part of you that wants something different. Well, if you want something different, you’ll have to do something different, my friend. It may feel uncomfortable, or even a little scary, to make a change or even acknowledge that you actually have a desire for change. Ego can play tricks on the mind. But grab a cuppa, lean in and give me ten minutes!
